    how do you cook garlic chutes? I got a bunch of them from my CSA this week but I am at a lose!

    i usually cut them into 1/2″ pieces and saute them. they don’t need to cook for a really long time, maybe 5 mintues. use them where you would use garlic or an onion. they’re much milder that garlic. i most recently used them in a risotto with zucchini, but they’re also good in a stir fry or a pasta dish. i bet they’d be good in a scramble too.

    enjoy those garlic chutes! they won’t be around much longer…
